Accomodation
Urbino is a very small town with limited capacity for accommodation. A number of hotels and B&Bs are located in the city centre, and a few more in the surrounding area at a walking or bus/car distance. We strongly encourage participants to book their accommodation as early as possible, even before receiving notification of paper acceptance, ideally selecting options with free cancellation.
How to reach Urbino
Urbino is a city in central Italy, located approximately 180 km Southeast of Bologna and 280 km Northeast of Rome. It can be reached by public transportation (train to Pesaro and then bus) or by car. We are planning to find an agreement with the local bus company to boost the service Pesaro-Urbino during the conference days and to offer a shuttle service from Fabriano or Fossato di Vico for those coming by train from Rome or the Tirrenian coast. We will keep you updated on these arrangements.
